Loch fine smoked salmon, black olive and potato salad

Main Course

Roast breast of local turkey, traditional trimmings, roast gravy

Blade of Hereford beef, creamed Savoy cabbage, smoked bacon jus

Open wild mushroom and spinach lasagne

Rosemary and lemon Seabass al cartoccio

Traditional Christmas pudding, brandy sauce

Madagascan Vanilla crème brulee, short bread biscuit

Rich dark chocolate black forest mousse, with black cherries

Bread and butter pudding, warm clove custard
